Clients who are buying orders to avail the services with ISPL support Services (herein referred as ISPL) are confirming that they are in agreement with us and bound by the terms and conditions mentioned below.
ISPL will provide the required services selected by the client and as per the product description.
All other additional services are charged extra as per the agreed value mutually.
The payment model is 100% advance and on expiry of the term, the client will be notified by email to renew.
Failure to renew before renewal date will result in disconnection of service.
The client needs to provide the required knowledge, material and FAQs to ISPL to perform the call centre services.
The client will also be required to provide product / service related updates whenever available.
ISPL cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by material submitted by the client.
We reserve the right to refuse any material submitted by the client without mentioning the reason.
The required material has to be submitted to the service provider for execution of work at the agreed time frame.
ISPL will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.
ISPL has all the rights to accept or deny any work given for execution by the client or prospective client.
The services can be terminated mutually after clearing all financial obligations at both the sides.
ISPL will use their own resources or deploy freelancers or any other company to complete the client’s work.
Any legal issues will be handled by law of courts, Chennai, India.
The SLF has all the rights to interrupt the services offered to the client for reasons like non payment of dues, renewals, subscriptions, fees etc.
The client can send their complaints by email/fax to the service provider for necessary rectification of complaints.
